RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
At Cowgirl Outfit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 14 days of receipt, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange: If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’re happy to exchange it for you. However, exchanges for different products are not permitted. In that case, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless you prefer store credit, in which case please let us know on the return form. We don’t charge any restocking fees. Only the final amount you paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Please note that discount codes are not refundable or reissued.

  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If your order arrives with an incorrect or defective item, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost. Contact us at contact@cowgirl-outfit.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defect)
    • A photo or video showing the problem

Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 14 days. This timeframe allows for item inspection and processing through our accounting team.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@cowgirl-outfit.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. We’ll respond promptly with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected period, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@cowgirl-outfit.com for assistance.

Return Shipping
For standard returns that are not due to defects or incorrect items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Amounts and Exchanges
When a refund is issued, it will reflect the exact amount you paid for the product. If you choose to exchange an item, please allow 1-4 weeks for the exchanged item to arrive, depending on the shipping destination.
